Our Story
20 years into our marriage, and 10 years into Dennis’ career as a therapist, the relationship band-aids we had used over the years stopped holding us together. That’s when Dennis asked Kim to move out. “It was the worst day of my life,” says Kim. Even though that day was painful, it marked the start of a positive transformation in our relationship. With the help of two EFT therapists, we changed our marriage. Before, we had a pattern of enjoyable moments that turned sour in an instant then took weeks to recover from. Now we have a securely connected relationship with more stability, closeness, and passion than we ever imagined possible.
